Vampires rule what was once humanity's world. A creature that had been thought to be a mere myth and nothing more, has taken over and enslaved every human that they could find. Taking over had been a slow torturous process, but nonetheless the effort has paid off. They have accomplished world domination; something many mortals had dreamed about but could never achieve.
There is no king or queen; there is a Government. The Vampire Government. Their job is to make sure no human rebellions occur; when and if they do, they are stamped out hard. And every human is punished for these riots. So many nowadays are too afraid to take a stand, should their families suffer for their actions.
These vampires rule with an iron fist, and very few grant any mercy. The streets are dark, quiet and empty. The whole world seems to have been shrouded in darkness.
But there is a small group, one who will take a stand. The Fallen Rebels; the only group left to have evaded the vampires' grasp. The Masters know this, and continue to hunt for these rebels relentlessly. For if the rebels' poison reach the minds of the enslaved humans and vampires, then all hell will break loose.

We all eventually burn to ashes of the fallen.
