[VAMPIRE VIXEN]

And we meet again....

The Alliance. Never heard of them? Let me shed some light on the situation. I have been given a old book that contains some interesting information. My source has asked to remain anonymous. Even if I wanted to tell you I couldn't because I can't seemed to remember their face....weird. I wish I could spill the beans, I do love a good witch hunt and I'm sure the information I'm about to share might cause a stir. To give you a full history on their formation would probably take hours so I'll just cut to the good parts.

Background History

Folklore of vampires (which of course we all know to be reality) dates back to prehistoric times. There has always been branches of people coming together to protect their towns from a variety of threats. Throughout history vampires have been known by many different names. Known as the Vrykolakas to the Greeks, and Strigoi to the Romaians. The Existence of undead beings roaming the earth wasn't that new of a concept. There are other cultures throughout history that have also been recorded to have known about their existence. Of course around that time folklore of other beings began to spring up from the woodwork. Humans began to create hire and watchmen specifically to keep the "evil" anyway from their towns and villages. A majority of the men assigned these jobs had some form of religious background or just happened to be commons looking for some more money.

Meanwhile as the humans began to form protection from these creatures so did the supernatural as well. Vampires seemed to be a threat to not only the humans but to the other supernaturals. You can think of the earlier vampires as the bullies of the supernatural world. There has been several recorded battles to wipe out the vampires completely and protect the humans. Of course the vampires fought back trying to wipe out their opponents. Talk of the supernatural began to die down among humans as the supernaturals struggled for power and to keep their secret from the humans. To the humans any supernatural was fair game to kill, even if they happened to be fighting for their side.

Many years later in Europe massive hysteria broke out once more about vampires thanks to a few books written during the 1800's. That was when weapons began to be built along with strategies in killing various creatures, not only just the vamps. This mythology along with the news of strange occurrences happening made its way back to America when some of our founding fathers began organizing and special group of people to keep the vampires and other supernaturals out of the states and keep their country safe. That of course didn't last very long of course. Eli Jennings was the known founder of the group that we have today. It was him that began to accept the other supernaturals into the group to combat the real threat which was the vampires. It took a while for humans to realize they needed assistance from witches, weres, faes, physics, and shifters. The Alliance wasn't just forming in the Americas either. There had been several men and women that brought techniques and secrets they had learned from the Alliance back to their home country. Despite their popularity the existence of the group was highly classified. The Alliance managed to convince that their existence was merely another myth along with vampires and other supernatural creatures. As magic thinking began to die down in the modern world the ability to hide the Alliance and their true propose became easier.

The Alliance today

So what is the Alliance in modern times? Well the Alliance is a group of individuals with the shared goal of ridding the world from the existence of vampires. This group is made up of humans, hunters, witches, faes, physics, shifters, and weres and basically any other supernatural creature that happens to share this common goal. Together they all fight to protect themselves from the threat that vampires seem to present. According to my source the Alliance is a lot closer then we think, and some big names happen to be camping out in our small town since news of the murders has occurred. Seems like this groups seems to slide into neighbors at the slight sound of supernatural activity that happens to be vampire related.


For that now that is all I'm going to reveal. My source shall be visiting me in a days to tell me some rather "big" news. You can bet that I will be awaiting that day and ready to share some more information with you all. In the meantime keep the small town gossip coming Jamerson Falls.
