“Yes mother. Everything is fine.” Buffy said taking a pause, it always sort of felt like a chore to speak to his mother. Last night he had a dream about these beautiful creatures inviting him to a place that he couldn’t express with words. These creatures were glowing and talking about vampires trying to steal their lights. It was pretty nice dream. The place was decorated in nature, like each tree was placed by God for a specific purpose. There was a giant pool in the middle that he saw a woman go into and never come up. When he woke up, it took him a few seconds for reality to hit him. But when it did, he saw the calendar and got out of bed, dancing to the first rock CD he could grab. But the dream seemed familiar like he had been there in real life before. He called his mother and told her about it but she just changed the subject. They moved around so much that maybe it was possible but a place like that couldn’t really exist could it? “I’m a little tired from putting up all these decorations…” Buffy said looking up from the phone. He had a team of people putting up decorations, and he just gave them demands. They all looked at him with raised brows, he smiled innocently then turned away from them, blushing. “Bye mom…” He said and hung up the phone. He turned back to his decorations and saw that they were all still looking at him. “Oh, whatever. It was a private phone call anyway…” He said and smiled before walking upstairs to get dressed. His entire house was decorated in the Halloween theme, he sort of went all out. The walls had blood splatters on them but they were only stickers. Everywhere there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.
Eerie music would play in the background, low enough to hear people speak though. In the kitchen, he put a table full of food out that he made this morning. He had peeled grapes, spider shaped cookies with twizzler legs, a tray of vegetables and fruit and various other finger foods. He reached the upstairs and stripped down to his undies. He invited a lot of people to his Halloween party including the royals. He hoped they would show up, he sent a limo for them as his special guests. Meeting the queen was exciting. He didn’t agree with what people say about her, she actually just seemed like another person. Heath on the other hand, he wasn’t too sure about. The King wasn’t there when he showed up. Tonight, would be a good night.
Buffy walked downstairs, dressed in his best. He had glitter all over his body and two wings attached to his back. Of course, he had to be a little sexy. His khaki shorts were went a lot higher than his knees but not so high that his butt was out, although bending over was a different story. He didn’t wear shoes and the shorts were pretty much all he wore. He had make up smudges over his legs, chest and arm. Since he was in ballet for so long, he usually did his own make up when he had a show. He had experience in this. His face make up was Black Swan inspired. Ever since he had that weird dream, the people in it reminded him of faeries so he decided to change his costume last minute. The boy didn’t know how ironic his outfit actually was. His entire house was open to the public. He signed his house over to Brodir so that vampires could come in without his permission and all his doors were opened. The only restricted area he had in his house was the upstairs, to which he put caution tape over the stairs. His entire place was decorated like a murder scene/. With his doors open and people trailing in inside already, he was so ready to party. Miss. Thewes walked over to him, the noisy neighbor. He found himself in a twenty minute conversation with her that was going horribly.
All she cared about was trying to convince him that Vampires were bad. That they didn’t belong and the royals were behind the new evil in Jamerson Falls. Out of all the people in the dark room back at the royals mansion, she claimed that she saw the royals commit the murder and that the scream came from someone next to her. Buffy just smiled and bobbed his head trying to be polite. The poor woman was always ignored by her neighbors because all she told was lies. No one wanted to around her and she simply thought the solution to the problem would be telling more lies! “The royals were not behind the murder. I know that and I know them. Whatever you think you saw Miss. Thewes I’m sorry to tell you, you didn’t…” Buffy told her. Oh god, someone save me… he thought as she asked about his costume. “I’m a fairy…” He told her.
