Thomas snuck downstairs in his boxers, he figured since Jared and Bri were gone he'd get away with it. Now to come to think of it, he wasn't sure where they were. Thomas was on his way to the kitchen to get something to drink, he'd check to see if they left him any messages on the fridge.
He walked into the kitchen and thought I should really use this room more, he hasn't cooked much for his "kids" in a while. He shot a glance at the fridge for any notes, sure enough Jared had left one. It read 'Staying at Tyler's for the night, see you later', Thomas liked how responsible Jared was about keeping him informed about where he was. As usual there was no note from Bri, I let her get away with to much he thought. Then again she was eighteen now, so he wouldn't hassle her about it, she was an adult.
Thomas opened the fridge the fridge at perused the selection. "Soda, no, orange juice, maybe", he said to himself. Nothing else really caught his eye, "so orange juice it is." There wasn't much left, so he drank it down straight from the carton. He threw the empty carton at the garbage can and made it, "nice shot", he said to himself. Not satisfied he grabbed two bottles of water, one for himself, the other for his companion still upstairs.
Just then he heard the front door open and close. Please head upstairs he thought to himself. No such luck, the footfalls were headed for the kitchen. He recognized the sound of the footsteps, they were Bri's, why does she always catch me in some sort of compromising situation he thought, she must have a sixth sense or something.
Thomas decided not to attempt to cover up or anything, by now she has caught him in worse situations. Thomas leaned his hip up against the counter top and put one of his big devilish grins on his face. Well at least she is alone this time he thought as she walked into the kitchen. "Hi Bri, and how are we doing today?"

Woah buddy, had it been a long night or what? Brianna had been up late studying at her friends house. Okay, it was more like a friend of Tommy's house but he had been helping her study. She doubted that Tommy would like her hanging around his friends. Well... some of his friends. But he was going to have to face the facts. His friends were hot. She loved being able to spend time with them when she could. And they all seemed to love her. Thank god half of the ones she hung out with were shifters themselves. IT would be awkward going on runs with none shifters. Yowzah! She could only think of how weird it would be if she went for a run as a wolf or hyena and then bam! naked girl and a human. Not good. Okay... part of that wasn't good, the other part however, depended on the hotness of the guy. Hehehe.
Oh well, no more thinking about that. Bri gave the boy a hug and a kiss on the cheek before heading home. He offered her a ride but she would much rather walk. Granted, it was pretty late, she didn't care. She felt wide awake at the moment. And she needed the fresh air. The cool summer nights breeze blew through her hair. It wouldn't be long until she got back home. The girl probably should have left a note for Tommy. But what was the point of that? It wasn't like she was going to be gone for too long. so what, it was getting late. She was a big girl. And a good shifter. If anything bad happened, she could always go hyena on someones ass.
When Bri got home, she tried to be as quiet as possible. The second she walked into the house, though, she could smell her brother close by. His scent lingered in the air. He was in the... kitchen? Curiously, Brianna made her way to the kitchen and stopped in the doorway, giggling a bit. He was in boxers. Typical. Tommy had probably thought that no one was going to be home that night or something.
"Hi Bri, and how are we doing today?"
"Pretty good. Better now that I have something else to embarrass you with, though," she giggled. Bri walked further into the kitchen and took a seat on one of the counter tops. "I see that you are... relaxed," she added. Noticing the two water bottles, Bri cocked her head slightly to the left. The scent of another lingered on her brother. Oh? Was it a boy or girl? Well... duh, stupid question. She could answer that by looking at what he was wearing. "You have a friend over, huh?" she asked, a big, mischievous grin on her lips.

"My personal trainer actually, we were... just working out", he said, his devilish grin still in place. "Sorry by the way, I didn't know anyone was going to be home anytime soon, your lucky I'm wearing the boxers, and that your alone this time", he chuckled as he said the last part.
"You walked home", he said sniffing in her direction, "Didn't work by the way, I know you were at Anthony's." Actually he didn't know for sure, he had only suspected when Anthony awkwardly canceled their plans earlier. "My sense of smell is far to keen not to pick up the scent of his place. Now I don't particularly like the fact that you hang around my friends, but... you are an adult now, free to make your own decisions."
He was about to continue his train of thought, but his personal trainer, Nancy, walked in wearing only his shirt. It just barely covered her. "Hey, where is that wate... Oh hi", she said as she saw Brianna. "Hey Nancy", Thomas said obviously upset, "This is my younger sister Bri, one of the reasons I told you not to traipse around my house like that." Nancy looked embarrassed, "Sorry I wasn't thinking...", Nancy began to explain. Thomas cut her off, "No obviously you weren't thinking. Why don't you go get dressed and leave." Nancy tried to say something, but Thomas cut her off again, "Did I stutter?" Nancy just had a horrified look on her face, "Is he always such an a*****e?", Nancy said looking at Bri and with that Nancy turned around and stormed out of the kitchen.
"Well I guess I'm going to need another personal trainer", Thomas said as he turned to look back at Bri.

"Your personal trainer? Right. And where were you training? In your room? Under your sheets perhaps?" Brianna said, giving him a smirk. She wasn't stupid and he knew that she wasn't stupid. She knew exactly what kind of things he did. As if she was some innocent girl that knew nothing of what really went on in the world. Plus she could smell her on him. Something shifters had was an amazing sense of smell. "I do live here, you know. Why wouldn't I be back tonight? I do always come back, though not always at the times you may want me to be back at."
"You walked home. Didn't work by the way, I know you were at Anthony's. My sense of smell is far to keen not to pick up the scent of his place. Now I don't particularly like the fact that you hang around my friends, but... you are an adult now, free to make your own decisions."
"Well I am so very sorry that your friends seem to like me just a little more than they like you," she said teasingly. "Anyway, it was completely innocent. He was just helping me study. And I mean actually study. Not the kind of studying you were doing. Oh wait, sorry, that was working out, right?" He knew that she was just being a smart ass. Or at least she assumed that he knew. Oh, she just loved to tease him.
"Hey, where is that wate... oh hi."
Bri looked at the woman. She gave her a good look over, a little bit preternaturally. She didn't exactly like it when there were other woman in a room with her. Thomas said the woman's name and Brianna tipped her head slightly forward for the woman in acknowledgment, trying to me polite. She shot her brother a quick look. One that said 'really? she's not even that pretty.' Well, she didn't find the human too pretty.
Brianna sort of leaned back a little, examining her nails as she listened in to the small spat. It was quite amusing to hear her brother be such an ass to a girl that she had just met. And she never got tired of it.
"Is he always such an a*****e?"
"Only to the girl of the week," she purred, her voice cold as ice. She could hear the 'hmph' from the little human who stormed out of there kitchen. With a small smirk, she headed towards the fridge and opened it, looking inside.
"Well I guess I'm going to need another personal trainer.""
Bri shrugged. "Looks like it, Tommy," she said, grabbing a small can of soda and turned around, shutting it. She opened to can and smiled innocently at her brother. "She didn't look like that good of a personal trainer anyway." She took a sip of her soda before she moved over to one of the counters and pulled herself up, sitting on the counter top.
