Scared [Open]

"I was just wondering, because if you need more..." Luke stared at her as she spoke, seemingly offering her blood to him providing he took it from her wrist and not her neck. Wasn't exactly the traditional method of doing it but blood was blood and if she was offering then he was going to accept... at some point. He just stared into her eyes, not knowing what to do or what to say. So many things were running through his mind. So many thoughts. So many ideas. None of them acceptable for him to do. Yet temptation was making him want to do things more and more.

Finally Luke cupped Christine's face in his hands and kissed her lips gently. There were probably laws about this type of thing but right now Luke didn't care, he was too caught up in the moment, kissing Christine as his hands moved and were placed on her waist, pulling her body towards his. This behavior certainly wasn't acceptable in his opinion but he wanted this. He wanted to kiss her. He wanted this challenge in his life, something he would have to accept. The fact that he cared for a human.

Christine didn't make a noise, but didn't have a straight face either. Not only was her blood being drained some but his fangs were worse than needles. When he was done, she took her wrist back. His eyes were looking into hers and she couldn't keep herself from staring back into his. She wasn't thinking straight, it was late. She wasn't all that sure what time is was, but she knew that sooner or later Luke was going to have to leave so that the sunlight wouldn't hit him. The thought left her when Luke cupped his hands on her face and kissed her lips gently. She wanted to kiss him back so badly but couldn't find herself to do it. She just wasn't ready for this... and she didn't want to go further. Now she was starting to feel bad, bad that she was going to stop him from guessing further.

His arms were around her waist, she wasn't sure how she was going to stop this, but she knew that she was going to have to try. She slowly tried to pull her head back, hoping she could get his attention. "I can't... do this. I am sorry Luke but I just can't." She found bad, she looked at the ground. She didn't mean to ruin their friendship but she just wasn't ready for this. She glanced over at the clock. Time flew by so fast, and she finally felt tired. "Its going to be sunrise in a few hours... And I need some sleep." She tried to give him a friendly smile, hoping he wasn't mad at her for stopping the moment they had just had a few seconds ago. She blinked a few times, showing that she was super tired now. It wasn't long before she was in the room by herself. She got ready for bed and went to sleep.
