Morrison Cameron Whelan
Briefly; Morrison is quite an old werewolf and he is generally brilliant at managing his condition. He has a worse temper than his pa, an Irishman, and his mother, who was also a werewolf. Recently, he’s picked up a bit of a drinking problem, unable to bear the loss of his friend of over 100 years, Meadhbh, without help. The only person that he is really that close to anymore is his friend and mentor, Iivan, a local drug dealer. Morrison himself works managing the office of a research firm and earns a little extra money on the side helping Iivan in his ‘trade’. Clearly, Morrison needs some more stable relationships in his life.
Friends; Everyone needs friends. Morrison isn’t someone to actively search to people out to befriend or to make that much of an effort to keep friends, so you’d have to really want to know him. He can never have enough acquaintances though and is usually up for a good conversation, if he isn’t feeling too moody. Every once and a while, he makes friends completely on accident. He also has a ‘helping people thing’, as Iivan calls it, meaning that he never passes up the opportunity to try and make someone’s life better if he thinks they’re worth it. However, he does get very persistent about this, and usually hurts the person he’s trying to help. What would be the most interesting for him, would be if he could find a vampire for a friend. Of course, any vampire would have to make a very concerted effort to get him to like them, but it would help him to start getting over his prejudice since the vampires are clearly not going away any time soon.
Romance; Morrison hasn’t dated in a long, long time, and he’s perfectly happy with that. In the distant past, he never could hold a steady relationship, so he doesn’t try anymore. Even so, he’s always up for a fling, a one night stand. If anyone thinks they can change that, I’d gladly let you take on a challenge.
Enemies; What can I say? Morrison is really very good at making enemies, though he does try to keep them to a minimum level since it’s no fun looking over your shoulder every second to make sure no one is right behind you pointing a gun at your head. Though a not so serious fight or close call does keep him aware of those around him.
