The pier was so nice it was just a nice day out a bit too warm but that was fine with her. There were not vampires around it was day time. It was safe she was safe there was no need to worry about anything. She felt so relaxed there could be danger around but nothing compared to vampire. Elena didn’t understand why she either hated them or didn’t understand them. Maybe it was because of all the stories she had heard about them that well she just could help but think of them as these horrible things. There was really no need for her to keep thinking about them.
She walked down the pier maybe she should get ice cream or something. She looked at the shops that were all around but she really was not in the mood to go shopping she really didn’t know what to do. Elena walked over to the railing and looked down at the water as she started to move the seaweed around. There was no one around and well who was going to see it then it could just be the wind. She loved her gift moving things with her mind was such an interesting thing to do she just wished she could find out why she had this.
Elena leaned against the railing and closed her eyes as she could feel her mind she moving the water back and forth it was just nice she paused when she noticed the moving the water around was not the best thing because she starts to make waves and soon stop it all. Sometimes she just wished she could go tell everyone that she had gifts and use them all the time but she couldn’t. She knew the people would think that she was some kind freak. Elena didn’t even tell her parents it was so stressful. She looked out at the ocean.

Feeling the sun beaming down onto his skin, his bright blue eyes squinting through the tinted sunglasses sat on his face. It was a hot day, but Charles was always warm anyway, being a were and everything. There were times where it was freezing but still sunny outside, and he would go out in shorts and a shirt and people would think he was crazy. He couldn't exactly be like 'Well, I'm a were', that just couldn't happen, so he would just have to make up excuses, some of them were good but sometimes you could see the looks on their faces. Running a hand through his hair, he could feet the heat coming off from his head, almost felt like his head should be on fire. But because he was so used to being warm all of the time, he just shrugged it off.
Charles slowly made his way over to the pier, he knew that hit would be nice to peak over the railings and watch the water beneath him. Sliding his body through the moving objects in front of him, he always saw it as a little game, a lot of people would get in his way but that made him slide even more. As he made it to the pier, he placed his elbows onto the railings and leaned his body weight onto his elbows. Glancing around to see who was next to him, to his delight, he saw a gorgeous looking girl, he smiled softly at her. "Beautiful sight, isn't it?" Before looking back into the waves, watching them slowly move in the bright blue water. The sun made little crystals glisten in the water when it moved, the sun shadowing in the water it was gorgeous.
It was a good day to go get a ice cream, he was certainly tempted to at one point, since he was then thinking about it. He gently ran his tongue along his lips just thinking about a big cone with a flake. 'Definitely getting one later.'
