Sam walked quietly down the path of the park; she had come here to meet up with her boyfriend Nathan for a day of them hanging out. The thought of being with him made her smile, she truly loved him. It had been the last few months of their grade twelve year that they met. At first they were just friends, he had been the one that really got her adjusted to Jamerson Falls and use to all the things that were different here then back home in England. She had to admit it was kind of sad that she wasn’t use to things around here after living with her aunt for four years, but she just couldn’t seem to get use to how things worked. So she was incredibly happy when Nate came into her life all smiled and charming, it didn’t take long for their relationship to turn romantic, and that was a surprise for Sam.
Smiling as she remember when they first met Sam almost walked far enough off the parks path that she was about to walk into a tree. Laughing at herself she shook her head, she got lost thinking about her and Nate way too often. ”So this is what my mum meant when she said you would know when you were in love.” She whispered as she started to walk back to the path. Her mom was defiantly right, real love was nothing like thinking you love someone. Arriving at one of the benches she sat down and quickly checked her phone, she was early as usual she leaning back and closed her eyes and let herself go off into her own world. First she was taken back to her home in England with her mother and father looking at her well giving her one of their daily lectures. Playing through the scene in her head Sam smiled, at the time it always seemed like her parents were just overly paranoid, but now she knew they were actually teaching her important things.
Letting out a soft sigh Sam put her hands on her fore head, her eyes still closed. She really liked it here, the people were nice, for the most part and she was on her way to becoming a lawyer like she wanted to. Twisting her fingers through her hair a bit she started to dream about what it would be like to be one of the best lawyers around and have her true love at her side. Shaking her head a little Sam set her hands back on her lap and opened her eyes. ”You’re such a sucker for happy endings, Sam.” She mumbles under her breath.

The Words: count yourself The Outfit: the one in his avatar? The Notes Nate loves Sam After waking up and getting dressed, then going downstairs and eating a small box of cereal (without milk) Nathan decided it was probably best to get on his way to the park. Today he was going to spend time with his girlfriend, Samantha, and he couldn't hide the excitement. Nathan loved it when they were together, he felt complete, like she was a piece of him that he needed in order to function properly. Their relationship had started with them being friends as he helped her get used to life in Jamerson Falls but it had quickly turned into a romantic relationship pretty quickly. They got along great with their friendly banter and nice chats; they talked as well as going out for meals or cuddling up on the couch whilst watching a film. For Nathan, it was amazing. He was happy. He loved her. With a massive grin on his face Nathan grabbed the keys to his Fifth-Generation Chevrolet Camaro and walked out of the house. After locking the door he made his way to his car, unlocked it and got in. It took less than five minutes for him to drive to the park and find a parking space near the entrance, the smile not once leaving his face as he thought about meeting his girl. Nate parked his bumblebee style car in an empty space, got out and locked the doors before strolling into the park itself. It wasn't all that busy today and that was a little surprise for him, usually the park was filled with children running around or playing football. With Nate being what he was, he often spent time in the park. He enjoyed turning into an animal and just coming to this place for a relaxing day out. Only two people knew about his ability, the only two people he wanted to know, Claire and Sam. He couldn't exactly remember how Claire had found out but he knew Samantha had found out by accident. It was never a good idea to shift whilst out on a date, but at that time he had very little control over what he did. To his knowledge, although he was often wrong, Sam seemed fine with his gift, especially now that he could control it. It was just like her power, Nathan was fine with that. They were special people in a happy relationship. After walking down the path a bit he finally saw Sam on a bench, just as she put her hands on her lap and opened her eyes, "You’re such a sucker for happy endings, Sam." Nathan smiled as he heard her voice and continued walking to her, "happy endings are not impossible to have. You just need to find your Prince Charming, just like I found my princess." He chuckled a little and winked at her as he finally got to where she was sat. |

When she heard his voice she turned around and smiled. ”Well, then I guess I get my happy ending.” Sam said as she stood up and wrapped her arms around his neck giving a quick hello kiss, a grin spreading softly on her lips. It happened every time she saw him or heard his voice; her heart gave a little leap and sped up. It was something she always looked forward to, it always made her feel more alive and reminded her that you can love someone with all your heart. Smile still on her lips Sam looked into Nathan’s eyes before letting her hands drop and one take hold of his.
She liked touching him, she always got so much more from it then any other girls because of her power and it made her feel even more loved. She could see the extent of his love for her more fully, and she hoped he could see hers for him. ”So prince charming, what did you want to do today? Movies, walk, anything, whatever you want.” She knew guys usually let the girl choose what they did when they were out and Sam usually did but today she felt like letting Nate choose. She was just in a really good mood, though she had to admit, it was probably because school was out and they were free to do what they wanted till their college career started.
Hand still holding his she sat down on the bench on tried to pull him down too. ”But first, tell me how your day has been so far.” Sam was being chatty and she knew it but she also knew Nate wouldn’t mind. She did tend to be rather talkative when they were together just because she wanted to tell him everything and have him do the same to her. Closing her mouth before she asked another question Samantha smiled again. ”Sorry, I’m a little hyper today.” She said a little laugh rolling off her tongue before she drew her hand up and ran it through her hair lightly.
